Il presente Volume raccoglie gli atti di diverse edizioni di un Seminario di Studi che giovani studiosi hanno dedicato al tema del cultural heritage, organizzato presso l’Università di Salerno a partire dal 2006. Avviata con un meeting su «La protezione giuridica dei beni culturali, profili di diritto interno ed internazionale», l’iniziativa è stata riproposta anche in anni successivi estendendosi ai numerosi e differenti aspetti connessi ai diritti e beni culturali. Il titolo del Volume risponde appunto alla esigenza di coprire la molteplicità di tematiche trattate dai Relatori durante gli incontri.

This Book contains the proceedings of the different editions of a study seminar of young scholars on the cultural heritage, organized at the University of Salerno since 2006. Launched with a meeting on the "Legal protection of cultural property, the profiles of domestic and international law", this initiative has also been proposed subsequently and extended to the many different aspects relating to cultural rights and heritage. The title of the Book precisely reflects the need to cover the variety of topics addressed by speakers during the seminars.

Ce Volume collecte les actes de différentes éditions d’une Rencontre entre jeunes chercheurs consacrée au patrimoine culturel et organisée à l’Université de Salerno depuis 2006. La première édition, concernant « La protection juridique des biens culturels en droit interne et international », a été suivie par des autres rencontres consacrées à de nombreuses et différentes questions relatives à la protection des droits et des biens culturels. Le titre du volume répond en effet à l’exigence d’analyser la variété de thématiques que les intervenants ont approfondi au cours des rencontres.
