The author decided to take a responsible step to define several issues figured from the statistical analysis of the student’s evaluations form, after his two years of study of The Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata” Master CBRNe courses. The figures that been addressed to improve the type of content and way of information required for the absolute reliance on the academic knowledge in the field. The author depended on this research to open a gate to give a new perspective, innovative and reliable approach to enhance the response to the safety and security risks from the civilian and military point of view through education and training activities. This action will help to get the best essential knowledge within the student’s available resources, and time about CBRNe agents, its effects, protection, decontamination, training and medical emergency management procedures, for any enormous challenges, they are going to be exposed while responding to such agents.
