I concetti di “linguaggio politico” e di “America Latina” sono strettamente intercorrelati tra loro attraverso quel termine ampio e altisonante che ha acquisito varie sfaccettature nel subcontinente latinoamericano—immenso nelle proporzioni e nella storia—quello di “liberazione”. In questo saggio si cercherà di metterne in evidenza i numerosi aspetti contenutistici e formali, per certi aspetti ancora attuali nel XXI secolo.

The concepts about “political terminology” and about “Latin America” are strictly correlated among themselves through that wide and high–sounding word that acquired many facets in the Latin American subcontinent enormous both in its proportions and in its history– that is to say “liberation”. In this essay we will try to point out the numerous aspects regarding ideas and forms that, in a certain way, are still actual in the twenty–first century.
