La siguiente comunicación está dividida en dos partes. En la primera abordamos brevemente el tema de la lengua estándar y las lenguas especializadas, prestando particular atención a la jurídica. En la segunda parte, estudiamos los numerosos latinismos y arcaísmos gramaticales, léxicos y fraseológicos en el español jurídico.

The following paper is divided into two parts. In the first one I briefly talk about the theme of the standard language and the languages for special purposes, paying particular attention to the languageof Law. In the second part I study the numerous grammatical, lexical and phraseological Latinisms and archaisms in the Spanish for Law.
