In El estudioso cortesano, refranes coincide with those thematic subjects useful for conversation, which together with agibilia allow aldeano medrar and alcanzar fama. Furthermore, Palmireno suggests a fieldwork searching method with direct interviews in order to achieve new collections of proverbs.
