This study concern a crucial epoch of European international history, from the rise and fall of Roman Empires to the birth of modern national State. The focus is related to antiquity, middle age and global contemporary history. The global law is interpreted as the new name or denomination of actual law of international community. The study analyze the risks and chances of legal situations and the perspective of a new type of State, oriented to new constitutionalism and recodification of the single topics and sectors of domestic law of the single State and group of States integrated.
