The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights has assessed the violation by Romania of Article 8 of the Convention and, in particular, the infringement of the positive obligations of the State dealing with the power of the employer to control the mailing of the employee. The aforementioned issue constitute ground of attention for the juridical systems of the European States (Italy included) and it is noteworthy the growth of the internal jurisprudence.
