Mercados en Bogotá, una mirada sobre tres casos de la ciudad capital

Bogotá D.C is a city with a privileged location to be surrounded by an immense fertilesavanna that every day caters to homes, food establishments and naturally its huge markets, the main ones in Colombia. The city has 44 markets in total, of which the District deals with 19. These 19 are divided into three groups, City Scale, Sector Scale and Neighborhood Scale. This document presents a representative case of each group, in addition, it exposes three different types of markets in Bogotá, the traditional market, the one that has retained its original services since its inception until today. The second case is a market with a double logic of operation between day and night, unique in its products and operating hours. Finally, the third is a small market that has established itself as a gastronomic reference of great importance for the Capital.
