Future unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) will have a high level of au-tonomy and the capability of working cooperatively, in order toincrease the reliability, autonomy, and efficiency of single aircraft.However, from the perspective of guidance, navigation, and control,the management of a swarm of UAVs poses many challenges inmission coordination, communication, and information sharing tasks.The goal is the identification of a suitable Guidance, Navigation andControl (GNC) algorithm for a fleet of cooperative fixed wing UAVs.
