Evaluation de l’acceptabilité et proposition de contenus d’un système de veille socio–sanitaire au profit des usagers de drogues précaires
There is a digital divide between the general population and “problematic” Drug Users who are often homeless and marginalized. Previous studies showed that Internet could help to decrease social inequalities, as long as it promotes its broadcasting and develops adapted Information Systems. Based on a community research, we proposed, in this article, to promote, on the web, a health monitoring system that aims to reduce social disparities between the general population and Drug Users, an often precarious homeless population, victim of social and digital divide. After a survey conducted in Marseilles in 2015 with homeless Drug Users and community actors, we showed that this tool would be adopted by actors who would be involved in its deployment.
