Characterized by the use of military systems in the past, today war is developing to other forms of conflict, through a global competition. Indeed the military instrument, even though represents an important factor of power, becomes less and less effective for a State. In the Hybrid war the clear identification the competitors lacks, the balance of power is disguised and the strategy of hidden influence and interference is more and more common. The pillars at the base of this competition are economy and finance, psychology (with ideological and religious callbacks), law and, at last, tactical weapons.
