Billy Biscuit and Mr F.P. Potato have been friends since their days at school together. When Mr Potato is forced to leave his field, Billy is ready to help him. The potato decides to become an inventor, while the biscuit spends a lot of time dreaming.Written by Paul Rizza; illustrated by Paola Garilesi.Paul Rizza was born in 1959 in Oxford, England. He moved to Parma, Italy, in 1992. He makes his living teaching and translating. When not working, he spends a lot of time tackling various mountains around the world and writting poetry.
