The book explores the complex topic concerning the international general request for the development of new operational capabilities. Employing the two concepts of “open mindset” and the “Carabiniere model”, it is possible to outline an operative organizational model able to operate in the field, and to contrast heterogeneous and innovative threats in Stability Policing. The conceptual core components are transformed into realistic/operational activities such as territory control and territorial scope, thus creating a solid practical model for Stability Operations and the organization of Basic Units (BU).
